The openings of the solder mask on some solder pads are too large.

The openings of the solder mask should only cover the solder pads of the conductive areas and should not extend to the non-welding copper layer regions. If the copper foil is exposed, it is prone to cause short circuits or solder bridging problems after assembly, which will affect the safety and reliability of the product.

We suggest reducing the size of the solder mask openings appropriately according to the actual size of the pads, so that they only cover the copper pads that need to be soldered. If a copper foil exposure is required for a special design, please specify in the order remarks. We will strictly follow your design.
