Tab Route Spacing Too Narrow – Below 1.6 mm Minimum Requirement

Reason for Failed Review:

Your design uses a tab-routing panel structure, but the spacing between individual boards is less than 1.6 mm.

For proper milling and reliable depanelization, PCBfast requires a minimum tab route spacing of 1.6 mm.

Insufficient spacing may cause mechanical stress, edge damage, or panel breakage during cutting.

PCBfast Suggestions:

•  Please increase the spacing between boards to at least 1.6 mm.

•  We also recommend adding stamp holes along the tab routes to make depanelization easier and cleaner.
