What is the smallest package size you can offer?

The minimum component size that PCBfast can solder is 01005 (0.4 × 0.2 mm). Additionally, it also supports 0201, 0402, 0603 and other packages, as well as precision devices of QFN/BGA type with the smallest pitch of 0.3 mm.


If you are using 01005-level components in your design, we recommend supplying the components in tape form. We also suggest that you add a fiducial mark and 5–10 mm edge guides in your PCB design.
