Slot Size Limitation – Applicable to Quick-Turn PCB Orders

Reason for Failed Review:

Your design includes plated slots smaller than 0.5 mm or non-plated slots smaller than 0.8 mm, which are below PCBfast’s manufacturing capability for quick-turn PCB orders.

PCBfast Suggestions:

1. Please modify your design so that:

•  Plated slots are ≥ 0.5 mm in width.

•  Non-plated slots are ≥ 0.8 mm in width.

(Note: Plated slots usually have copper pads in the copper layer, while non-plated slots do not.)

2. If you are unable to modify the design, please contact your PCBfast sales representative. Our engineering team can help evaluate possible adjustments or confirm if manual optimization is feasible for your project.
