How to find my sales for help about the PCB or PCBA problem?

If you encounter any problems, you can contact us through the following methods:

1. The right middle floating contact bar

On the right side of each page of the PCBfast website, there is a fixed floating contact bar (including WhatsApp, WeChat, email, and phone number). Clicking on any of them will directly connect you with us.

2. Email

If you know the email address of the sales representative, you can contact them directly first. Contacting the sales representative first will result in more efficient, faster and continuous service.

3. Livechat

There is a small green pop-up window at the bottom of every page. You can simply click to initiate the conversation.
