What Are PCBfast’s Requirements for V-Cut?

PCBfast applies precise standards for V-cut panel designs to ensure stable manufacturing and smooth board separation:

•  For V-cut without space, please keep all copper traces at least 0–0.5 mm away from the V-cut line to prevent copper exposure or short circuits.

•  For V-cut with space, the gap between boards must be greater than 3 mm, and the minimum width of break-away rails should be 5 mm to maintain panel strength during assembly and handling. 

Following these V-cut requirements ensures reliable depaneling and consistent product quality in PCBfast’s production process.
