How long can I receive the quotation after the BOM is uploaded?

Usually, you will receive the BOM quotation from PCBfast within one working day. If there are many types of components or some rare materials are included, the quotation may take up to the second working day to complete. To ensure that the system can quickly identify and provide accurate quotations, please provide the information in the following format:

 

File format: .csv, .xls, .xlsx

 

The necessary contents to be included:


Field Name

Description

MFG Part Number

Used to identify the specific component model, e.g. “STM32F103C8T6”.

Designator

Indicates the component’s position on the PCB, such as R1, C3, U5, etc.

Quantity

The number of each component used per PCB.

Footprint

For example: 0402, 0603, SOT-23, QFN-48, BGA, etc.

Manufacturer

The manufacturer of the component, e.g. Texas Instruments, Murata, STMicroelectronics, Samsung, etc.

Description

Component specification details, e.g. “100nF ±10% 50V X7R”.

Type (SMD/THT)

Soldering type — “SMD” for surface-mount devices; “THT” for through-hole components.

Remark/Note

For example: consigned parts, do-not-place (DNP/DNS), polarity/orientation, programming requirements, or functional test instructions.

 

Note: All the above fields are mandatory. Please try to maintain a clear format and standard fields, and avoid mixed languages or multi-table formats, so as to enable the system to automatically recognize.
