Confirmation Required – Panelization Method of the Boards

Reason for Review:

Your Gerber file contains more than one PCB design, and it is unclear whether you require the boards to be:

•  Produced as a panel with V-Cut lines or tab-routes,

•  Produced as a panel without any separation lines, or

•  Fabricated and shipped as individual single boards.

PCBfast needs this information to determine the correct production and routing process.

PCBfast Suggestions:

1. If your design is already panelized with V-Cut lines or tab-routes, please select “Panel PCB as Design” when placing your order.

2. If you need the boards to be made as a panel but without V-Cut lines or tab-routes, please add a note in your order and select “None” under the depaneling method.

3. If you prefer the boards to be shipped as separate single pieces, you have two options:

Option 1: Create individual Gerber files for each board and upload them separately — this is usually more cost-effective.         

Option 2: Keep all boards in one Gerber file but add a note in your order specifying that you need them shipped as single pieces.

Providing this clarification helps PCBfast process your order accurately and avoid production delays or additional confirmation steps.
