PCBfast Panel Requirements for Tab-Route Design

For panelization by tab-route, PCBfast follows strict design standards to ensure smooth assembly and reliable depaneling:

•  A 2.0 mm clearance is required between each individual PCB.

•  The connection tabs between boards should be wider than 1.6 mm to maintain structural strength during processing.

•  Each tab should include stamp holes with a 0.45 mm diameter and 0.35 mm spacing to make depaneling easier and cleaner.

Following these guidelines helps achieve better production stability and prevents PCB damage during separation.
