If there are some pads on PCB that do not require mounting or soldering, what should I do?

If there are some pads on your circuit board that do not require surface mount or soldering, please be sure not to design stencil openings on these pads to avoid mistakenly printing solder paste.

And please be sure to clearly state in the document:

"Do not print solder paste on pads where components are not mounted."

You can also mark these positions as "DNP" (not assembled) in the BOM file or assembly drawing. Our engineering team will strictly follow your instructions and skip these areas when making stencil and printing solder paste to ensure accurate and neat assembly.
