Why is my PCB assembly order still under review?

If your order status remains in "Under Review", you can determine and resolve the issue through the following methods:

1. It's possible that our purchasing team is currently calculating the component prices for you and checking the inventory status. This process usually takes 1-2 working days. Once the review is completed, we will notify you immediately via email. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

2. It's possible that we are confirming the engineering files or assembly information. If the Gerber, BOM or assembly requirements you submitted are incomplete, ambiguous or have special process requirements, our engineers will confirm with you via email. To avoid delays, please reply to the confirmation email promptly so that we can continue with the quotation and production arrangement.

3. If you haven't received any email from us (including the spam folder) within 2 working days, please contact your sales representative or online customer service directly. We will follow up and handle it for you immediately.
