If these pads are intentionally sealed, please upload a schematic diagram when placing the order and indicate in the remarks, "These pads do not require a solder mask layer." If it was not intentionally designed, please recheck your file to ensure that all pads that need to be soldered have corresponding solder mask openings to avoid production delays.
