Please Clarify: Negative or Positive Inner Layer

Reason for Pending Review:

Our engineers find that Layer L2 contains only scattered pads without copper areas or traces. We are unable to determine whether this layer is designed as a positive or negative layer.

•  If it is a positive layer, it should be treated as an empty layer (no copper).

•  If it is a negative layer, it should represent a full copper pour area.

To proceed with production correctly, we need your confirmation.

Please inform us that you do not require this layer to be produced.

If L2 is a negative layer

Please design it with a full copper pour to clearly indicate your intent.
