Negative Legends Detected in Copper Layer

Reason for Failed Review:

Our engineers find that the negative legends (text or marks in the copper layer) have a line width of only 0.02 mm, which is beyond PCBfast’s manufacturing capability. Such ultra-fine features may not form correctly during etching, leading to unclear or broken copper text.

PCBfast Suggestions

To ensure proper clarity and manufacturability, please follow PCBfast’s minimum design standards for copper legends:

•  Minimum line width: 0.15 mm

•  Minimum character height: 0.8 mm

Please modify your copper layer legends according to these parameters, and then resubmit the updated Gerber files for review.
