Minimum Non-Plated Hole Size Requirement

Reason for Pending Review:

Your design includes non-plated holes smaller than the minimum manufacturable size of 0.45 mm.

Such small holes may not be drilled accurately or could cause bit breakage or deformation during fabrication.

PCBfast Suggestions:

1. Please modify your design so that all non-plated holes have a diameter ≥ 0.45 mm.

2. If it is difficult for you to adjust the file, you may request PCBfast to enlarge the non-plated holes to 0.45 mm before production.
