How to Make Silkscreen Clear and Beautiful on PCB | PCBfast

To ensure that the silkscreen text on your PCB is clear, legible, and aesthetically pleasing, PCBfast recommends the following design standards:

•  For normal (positive) text, the minimum line width should be 0.15 mm, and the minimum character height should be 0.8 mm. A width-to-height ratio of 1:5 is ideal for best printing results.

•  For negative text (reversed silkscreen), please ensure the line width is at least 0.25 mm and the character height is at least 1.25 mm to maintain readability after printing.
