Inconsistent Parameters Between Gerber Files and Online Order Details

Reason for Failed Review:

The parameters listed in your Gerber files (or attached documents such as PDF, ReadMe, or Word) are not consistent with the details selected in your online order.

These differences may include key specifications such as:

•  Solder mask or silkscreen color

•  Board thickness

•  Material type or Tg value

•  Surface finish (e.g., HASL, ENIG, etc.)

•  Finished copper thickness

•  Gold fingers, etc.

For example: the online order specifies 1.0 mm board thickness, but the Gerber file notes 1.6 mm.

In such cases, PCBfast must pause production and contact you for confirmation, which may delay the lead time.
