Reason for Pending Review:

Your design includes hole sizes smaller than 0.8 mm on a single-sided aluminum PCB.

However, in PCBfast’s main production line, the minimum drillable hole size for single-sided aluminum boards is 0.8 mm due to the hardness of the metal base and drill tool limitations.

PCBfast Suggestions:

1. Please adjust your design so that all holes on single-sided aluminum PCBs are ≥ 0.8 mm.

2. If your design requires holes smaller than 0.8 mm, please add a note when placing your order — PCBfast can fabricate it using our high-precision production line, though the lead time may be slightly longer.

3. If you cannot modify the design yourself, you may authorize PCBfast to expand the holes to 0.8 mm before production.
