Drills Not Aligned with Pads – File Confirmation Required

Reason for Pending Review:

Some drill holes in your design do not align with their corresponding pads.

Normally, each plated hole should be centered on its pad to ensure proper electrical connection and plating quality.

PCBfast needs to confirm whether this misalignment is intentional or caused by an error in the Gerber or drill file.

PCBfast Suggestions:

•  Please verify your design files to confirm whether the drill and pad alignment is correct.

•  In standard designs, drills should be centered within their pads (as shown by the yellow pad locations in the reference image).

•  If the offset is intentional for specific reasons, please add a note when placing your order so PCBfast can process it accordingly.
