Design Requirements for Castellated (Half) Holes

Reason for Failed Review:

Your design does not meet PCBfast’s minimum manufacturing requirements for castellated holes.

The minimum diameter of a plated half hole should be 0.6 mm, and the minimum distance between two adjacent plated half holes should be 0.55 mm.

PCBfast Suggestions:

1. Please adjust your design so that the hole diameter ≥ 0.6 mm and the distance (gap) between adjacent half holes ≥ 0.55 mm

2. If the gap is only 0.5 mm and cannot be increased due to design constraints, PCBfast can still produce the board using our high-precision manufacturing line to ensure stable quality and dimensional accuracy.
